How do I pay for my order?

We currently accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Western Union and Bank Transfer.

 

Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

 

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after one hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.

 

When will my order arrive?

Shipping time depends on your location. US,UK & Europe within 5 business days, and all other countries please allow up to 7 business days. Note these transit times are estimates and may vary.

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, please refer to the Returns section in our terms and conditions.

 

How can I contact you?

Will I be charged tax or customs on orders?

You will not be charged any extra tax or customs.

 

Can I track my order?

Once you're order is shipped, you will get a confirmation and a tracking number from us.

 

Do you re-stock your inventory?

On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

 

I've added an item to my cart, but how is it already sold out?

Products on our site are sold on a first come, first served basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards through the web shop however you can purchase a gift certificate online.
